Demi McCormack is a Houston-based marketing executive and Chief Marketing Officer of The Studio Mayfair. A sixth-generation Houstonian with a background in fashion, marketing, and influencer marketing management, she is known for growing brands strategically through meaningful partnerships, strong relationships, and a thoughtful approach to long-term brand development.

Sterling Dio is a sartorialist with almost a decade of experience in luxury tailoring. Known for her discerning eye, refined aesthetic, and unwavering commitment to excellence, she has built trusted relationships with a discerning clientele who value craftsmanship and elegance. Sterling’s work is defined by precision, timeless style, and a deeply personal approach to dressing—qualities that have shaped Mayfair into a house where true luxury lives in the details.
