All Ready to Wear purchases from The Studio Mayfair are eligible for exchange only. We do not offer refunds or returns on Ready to Wear merchandise.

Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition to be eligible for exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

CUSTOM CLOTHING POLICY

Each custom garment from The Studio Mayfair is individually cut, made, and tailored specifically for the client based on their selected fabric, design details, and measurements.

Because each garment is created specifically for the individual client, all custom orders are final sale and nonrefundable.

Our priority is ensuring every garment meets The Studio Mayfair's standards for fit, craftsmanship, and quality. Should an adjustment be necessary, our team will work with the client through the fitting and alteration process to achieve the intended fit.
